Scenic Communication We are a 360-degree integrated Marketing communication company, our specialization is PR, Digital Communication, Corporate Communication, and Crises, we have a handle so far 250plus brands. We are launching our own Digital channel, and we are creating a team for our own podcast for which we require candidates.

Reports to: Founder at Scenic Communication

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage our audience effectively. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, platforms, and content creation, with a proven track record in managing successful social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and insights to optimize strategy and drive results.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
• Stay informed about competitors’ activities and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.

Other Details:

• Working days/ timings – Mon-Friday (10:00-7:00) & Alternate Saturdays
• Work from the Office. The office is in Goregaon East. Near Railway Station.
• Experience required – 4 to 5 years
• Salary Bracket – As per industry standard
• Immediate Joining preferred
